Sagemcom unveils new community site to provide customers with even more support

Sagemcom has announced that its newly designed website, which currently offers consumers an insight into its digital technology products, has now added a community aspect which enables them to post questions directly to the Sagemcom team and users of its products.

The Sagemcom digital website already boasts areas that inform consumers about digital TV, digital telephony and digital audio. The new community portal, which can be reached via the "Support" page at www.sagemcomdigital.co.uk is an interactive section that offers users a chance to have any questions answered either from a database of FQAs or by posting one of their own.

Questions on set top box recorders, freesat, Freeview, HD TV, Wi-Fi or DAB radio and DECT have already been covered while in BETA testing and all questions remain on the site for users to browse, share and update if required.

Sagemcom customers can also use the site to chat with the team about any issues they are having with any products as well as finding out information about new and existing innovations. Customers can even make suggestions for future enhancements. Furthermore, users can join Facebook community and even watch "How to" videos on topics such as setting up an HD PVR.

Traditional routes to support via e-mail and the helpline remain available to all customers and now with web community the added benefit is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year support.

If you would like to ask a question, or view the queries of other users, please visit http://community.sagemcomdigital.co.uk
